Cookie notice

1. Purpose

This page explains how the Newsr marketing site and the Newsr Studio platform use cookies and similar technologies.

2. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a text file placed on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you use an online service. It can store certain browsing information.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

The marketing site sets a language-preference cookie (newsr_locale) to remember your FR/EN choice. This cookie does not require prior consent.

The Newsr Studio application may also set cookies that are strictly necessary for the account to work (session, security, authentication).

4. Audience measurement (Umami)

The marketing site uses Umami, a cookieless audience-measurement tool without persistent identifiers. Umami produces aggregate statistics (pages viewed, referrers, country, device, anonymized conversion events). No nominative data (email, name, company, free-text message) is transmitted. Browsers may refuse tracking via the “Do Not Track” setting.

5. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies rely on the legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure service. Cookieless anonymized audience measurement (Umami) is limited to audience statistics solely on behalf of SIRATECK.

If non-essential trackers (ads, marketing personalization, identifying analytics) are added later, a consent mechanism will be put in place before they are set.

6. Browser settings

You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Some features may however be degraded if strictly necessary cookies are disabled.

7. Contact

For any question about cookies and the processing of your data, you can contact: equipe@sirateck.com.
